Our three suites can be connected allowing large families or groups to be together without compromising space or comfort.We are ONE block away from the Boardwalk and Convention center and fun at Morey's Piers Amusement Parks. + We are Dog Friendly so bring your furry family members along with the family!
Whether its the thrill of a roller coaster, attending an event or just soaking up the sun, 244 Boardwalk Suites is exactly what you are looking for!!
Each individual suite has two bedrooms, living room, bathroom and kitchen.
Suite 1 and 2 have an enclosed porch.
Suite 3 has it's own private balcony.
Suite 4 has an open porch.

• One Car per Unit in Parking Space, NO EXCEPTIONS
• Renter agrees to abide by all rules posted at the house including rules with respect to NOT SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE, USE OF PARKING, RECYCLING AND PUTTING GARBAGE IN PROPER CONTAINER

Smoking will result in the loss of your security deposit.

Agreement:
I (We) agree maintain the property in the same condition in which it was found. Reasonable wear and tear accepted. I (we) agree to replace or pay for losses, breakage or damage should such occur. Tenant to furnish all towels, linens, blankets, etc..,
In the event of Cancellation, it is necessary to notify owner as soon as possible. Attempts will be made to re-rent your accommodation. If we are successful, your deposit will be refundable.

Best Time!
I had a great time here at the 244 Boardwalk suites. I was able to bring my dog. It was clean and the owners were really nice!
