Entire house gutted and COMPLETELY REDONE with upstairs addition added. (Construction completed August 2012. This is more like our second home rather than a standard vacation rental. It is well kept, extremely clean and meticulously maintained ) New kitchen, new bathrooms, new hardwood flooring, new carpeting, new white pine ceilings and doors, new patio, new trex decks, new fence, new shed...you name it, with attention given to every detail...

Gourmet kitchen-fully stocked-with granite counter tops, breakfast bar and sliding glass doors to large deck. Like having a four bedroom house! Upstairs loft (with bunk bed-futon on bottom, twin on top; sleeps three) plus three bedroom :
1) downstairs with full size bed and sliding glass doors to deck
2) upstairs with two twin beds and beautiful wicker furniture
3) upstairs very spacious with queen bed, sitting area with couch, large walk in closet
1.5 bath, full bath downstairs and half bath upstairs.
Or enjoy a shower in the sun in our private outdoor shower which includes a separate changing area.
Large new trex decks in front and back yard and beautiful paver patio with grill.

LOCATION: Our home is on the quiet end of Maple Avenue, a few houses away from the bay/canal where there is a nice little park with benches-a great spot to watch the beautiful sunsets. You can also see the gorgeous sunsets from our backyard although there is no water view. Maple Ave is centrally located right between two of Morey's Piers Amusement and water parks which are both only 4 blocks away. Our home is about 7 blocks from the beach and from Wildwoods famous 2 mile boardwalk. We offer a parking permit for North Wildwood that allows you to park in the metered spots along the beach and the boardwalk. Many people, especially those with small children or older parents, prefer this rather than staying at a home a few blocks from the beach. Since Wildwoods beaches are very wide, it is a long trek through the sand to get to the water. The parking permit is valid throughout North wildwood, where the beaches tend to not be as wide.

50-percent of Rental Amount due upfront to secure dates
Final 50-percent of Rental Due 90 days prior to Arrival

Security Deposit refunded within 30 days after departure.
Cleaning Fee: $250.00; Only if Necessary. You must leave our home in the same neat appearance that it was presented. However, any additional cleaning, breakage, over and above the normal will be charged back to the tenants.
