Your family and friends will comfortably gather in this beautifully appointed, spacious yet cozy family vacation home located In Cape May Point NJ., Our beach house is steps to Lake Lily and adjacent to the CM bird sanctuary. A short 4 block walk or bike ride to the Point's beaches, Sunset Beach, nature trails, Cape May Point Lighthouse and State Park. An easy two minute stroll to the Pavilion Circle, a grassy park in the center of town where folks gather to play volleyball and children's games .
In the fall watch
The fenced front yard is landscaped with wildflowers and surrounded with abundant blueberry bushes for you to pick. There is ample driveway and street parking. Relax and enjoy meals on the spacious wrap around first floor porch. Bar-b-q out back. Inside, the open floor plan connects a modern gourmet kitchen, a dining area with a table that expands to seat 12 comfortably , and a living room with a large flat screen TV, premium cable and wifi to accommodate all the family’s devices. Also on the first floor are two spacious bedrooms, a full bath with bathtub, laundry closet with washer & dryer.
Upstairs, 2 huge spacious bedrooms and a full bath. The master bedroom features a California king sized bed, large walk in closet, an office nook overlooking Lake Lily, and a small private balcony. The second upstairs bedroom does triple duty with a full size over full size bunkbed AND a trundle daybed sofa, den / game /music room including musical instruments, and electric keyboard.
In the backyard, there’s a private, enclosed outdoor shower/dressing room. Cook on the large propane grill. Relax in hammocks or porch furniture in the breezy back yard, shaded and landscaped with mature trees and flower beds. In the large shed, you will find beach toys for the children, coolers, 6 beach cruiser bikes,8 beach chairs, a beach tent and 2 beach umbrellas. Also included for your use are 6 seasonal beach tags.
Please note: During the summer season there is a seven night minimum from Friday through Friday. The off season minimum stay is three nights. Important to note, our rentals in season are from Friday through Friday.

Weekend getaway
We loved the property and location. It was a short bike ride from the beach, the lighthouse and a farm for breakfast. The town was also so cute and the seafood was Wonderful!

Family vacation
We had a great time at the Hannah’s family home. We loved the little touches like fresh flowers throughout, the fully stocked kitchen, games, hammocks, and blueberries/raspberry bushes! The location is perfect and it was nice to be close to the beach but not where all the tourists are. We had such a great time! Thank you!

Great House and Helpful, Attentive Host
Our experience can only be described as overwhelmingly positive. The house is lovely and had everything we needed - and much more. MaryKate was super helpful, providing everything necessary for an easy and relaxing vacation. The house has easy access to both the beach and great locations in and around Cape May, but also is perfectly situated and equipped for restful days and nights just lounging on the porch or in the hammocks. We couldn't have been happier with our stay.

Slice of heaven
Our family with three young children stayed here for a week in August, it did not disappoint. Despite being new on VRBO, the Hannah family are pros at making renters feel welcome and equipped to have a comfortable week. The house was fully stocked with the basics for cooking and cleaning and they were promptly available when questions came up. The house is very spacious and fenced in front yard was perfect for enjoying meals and relaxing with a drink at the end of the day. Thanks for a great stay!!
