Immaculate home completely renovated and updated with some new furniture for 2021 season. From the moment you walk in you will love this home that has been completely renovated.
The cottage is located in a quiet part of the Villas only a short drive from the Delaware Bay, historic Cape May or the Wildwoods.
The home has 2 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, large closet and is equipped with a 40-inch flat screen television.
Bedroom 2 has two twin beds and also has a large closet.
Pack-n-Play Crib is available upon request
The living room has a leather queen sofa sleeper and a 40-inch flat screen television.
The new kitchen is equipped with refrigerator / ice maker, gas range, dishwasher, seating for 4, blender, mixer, coffee pot, place settings for 6, pots, pans and slow cooker.
The laundry room is equipped with a washer , dryer, iron and ironing board.
Central air conditioning.
We also provide beach chairs and umbrella for your trips to the beach.
Four beach tags will be provided for the Cape May beaches. (Children under 13 do not need beach tags). Bay beach is free. Wildwood beaches are also free.

You will need to bring beach and bath towels with you.
A beautiful deck awaits you in the private backyard oasis. Take a relaxing dip in the 6 person hot tub. At night, view the stars from the privacy of your lit up hot tub. The backyard is approximately 50' x 100' fully enclosed in privacy fence. A great place for your dog to explore.
The beach in Villas is the Delaware bay beach less than a mile from our home. The Villas beaches welcome dogs all year long. The beaches are great for walking your dog, relaxing at the beach, fishing, or kayaking.
Cape May and the Cape May beaches are about 8 miles away ( 15 minutes ). Beach tags are required Memorial Day through Labor Day (We provide you with beach tags). See all the historic Victorian charm that Cape May has to offer. Shop at the Washington Street Mall, eat at the many restaurants, walk or bike through the Victorian streets, stroll the beaches, kayak, and take in all the beauty of this remarkable town.
The beaches at Wildwood are also about 8 miles (15 minutes) away. Beaches are always free in the Wildwoods. Visit the beaches, boardwalk, restaurants, Wildwood nightlife, shows, amusement piers, water parks and everything else the Wildwoods have to offer.

We have been visiting the Cape May beaches our entire lives. We purchased a home in Cape May 20 years ago and our children have grown up spending summers in Cape May. We have now decided to purchase homes to rent out. When we decided to rent we also knew how we like the house to look when we go on vacation. We wanted to give our guests a home in immaculate condition... the same way we would like it.

Relaxing Getaway
Our stay was very nice, relaxing and easy. The house is clean and efficient. Dan was very responsive upon booking and with follow questions. The yard is a wonderful size and fully fenced in, great for our active dog. The hot tub was well used !

Our Villas Vacation
We truly enjoyed Dan’s property! Everything was super clean and the listing was exactly as described. Cape May and all it has to offer is a quick 15 minute drive away. Delaware bay beach is a few minutes away and dog friendly! One thing worth mentioning is that due to the close proximity to the bay, bugs are ample so bring plenty of bug spray! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at one of Dan’s properties in the future.

Didn’t want to leave!!!
The house is beautiful and quiet! The backyard is really big for your pup to run around in. The house is extremely clean. The hot tub is great after a long day. Neighborhood feels safe. We could of stayed another week if it was possible! Can’t wait to come back! Dan was awesome and welcomed me upon arrival!

Great little house
This is a very comfortable clean property and Dan is great to work with! Everything you need is provided. Even beautiful beach chairs. We used the garden hose to rinse off after the beach but an outdoor shower would be ideal. We had a great time!!!

So Cute!
This place was a great escape from city life and had everything we needed. It is a cozy spot and the fenced-in yard made the outdoor space such a great extension to the property. Dan is such a great host and is so accommodating. He responds almost immediately and has an answer/solution for everything. Definitely recommend this place.
