The home is two stories with 4 bedrooms and 2-1/2 bathrooms and SLEEPS 10.
Rentals are weekly SUNDAY to SUNDAY from June 5, 2023 to September 25, 2023 ( 2 night minimums are available off season )
Central air conditioning.
There are 2 bedrooms and 1-1/2 baths on the first floor. Also on the first floor is a living room, new kitchen, washer and dryer, and family room.
The second floor has two more large bedrooms and one full bathroom.
Bedroom 1 on 1st floor has a queen bed, large closet and is equipped with a 40-inch flat screen television.
Bedroom 2 on 1st floor has a twin bed and also has a large closet.
Bedroom 3 on 2nd floor has two queen beds and a 32-inch flat screen TV
Bedroom 4 on the 2nd floor has one queen bed and one twin bed and a 32-inch flat screen TV
The living room has a sofa and chair.
The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator / ice maker, gas range, dishwasher, blender, mixer, coffee pot, place settings for 10, pots, pans and slow cooker.
The laundry room is equipped with a washer , dryer, iron and ironing board.
The family room includes another sofa, chairs, 50-inch flat screen TV, dining table for 6.
Central air conditioning.
There is a beautiful new deck off the family room with a 6 person hot tub.
We also provide beach chairs, and umbrella for your trips to the beach
Six beach tags will be provided for the Cape May beaches. (Children under 13 do not need beach tags). Bay beach is free. Wildwood beaches are also free.

BATH TOWELS AND BEACH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED
A beautiful deck awaits you in the private backyard. Take a relaxing dip in the 6 person hot tub. At night, view the stars from the privacy of your lit up hot tub. The backyard is fully enclosed in privacy fence. A great place for your dog to explore.
The beach in Villas is the Delaware bay beach a 3 minute walk from our home. The Villas beaches welcome dogs all year long. The beaches are great for walking your dog, relaxing at the beach, fishing, or kayaking.
Cape May and the Cape May beaches are about 7 miles away ( 15 minutes ). Beach tags are required Memorial Day through Labor Day (We provide you with beach tags). See all the historic Victorian charm that Cape May has to offer. Shop at the Washington Street Mall, eat at the many restaurants, walk or bike through the Victorian streets, stroll the beaches, kayak, and take in all the beauty of this remarkable town.
The beaches at Wildwood are also about 8 miles (15 minutes) away. Beaches are always free in the Wildwoods. Visit the beaches, boardwalk, restaurants, Wildwood nightlife, shows, amusement piers, water parks and everything else the Wildwoods have to offer. Wildwood now has a large dog beach.

Cleaning fee - $300 for all rentals regardless of length of stay ( Hottub is drained, cleaned, filter cleaned, refilled and heated between EVERY guest)
Dog fee - $150
2nd Dog fee - $50 ( Only if bringing second dog )
HOT TUB is emptied and cleaned after every guest stay. It may take up to 4-6 hours from check-in for the hottub to reach desired temperature.

We have been visiting the Cape May beaches our entire lives. We purchased a home in Cape May 20 years ago and our children have grown up spending summers in Cape May. We have now decided to purchase homes to rent out. When we decided to rent we also knew how we like the house to look when we go on vacation. We wanted to give our guests a home in immaculate condition... the same way we would like it.

Loved it!!
We loved our stay at this house by the bay!! With 2 young grandkids along, it was great to have the beach just a short walk away. This beach was perfect for playing in the sand, collecting rocks, walking, and viewing the sunset. This nearby beach is accessed by a scenic little winding path that is adorable. The house is in really great shape and it was very clean when we arrived. The deck and yard are great and very pet and kid friendly. The 3 year old loved the hot tub!! The kitchen and appliances are new and in perfect shape. We felt very much at home in the house. It's a gem! The town of Cape May is a short drive away and a beautiful area to explore. We wish the week hadn't gone by so quickly and can't wait to return!!

Cape May by the Bay
The property was pristine. Our family enjoyed the close proximity of the house to the bay, and the short car ride to the beach. The best of both worlds. We spent most evenings after watching the sunset on the bay, out on the back deck relaxing, in and out of the hot tub, looking at the stars. Our dog loved walking the bay beach every morning, meeting other pooches. Dan, the owner is a friendly guy, and available in a few moments if and when you need to reach out, as he resides in Cape May. We only needed his expertise once to fill us in on the correct sequencing for the ideal settings on the hot tub. Which he was able to walk me through via text messaging at my request. This place is a gem! And we’ll make this a regular home away from home in the future.
